CE1: Comprender los principios del turismo: su dimensión espacial, social, cultural, política, laboral y económica.
CE3: Comprender el carácter dinámico y evolutivo del turismo y de la nueva sociedad del ocio.
CE4: Conocer las principales estructuras político-administrativas turísticas.
CE7: Reconocer los principales agentes turísticos.
CE14: Comprender el marco legal que regula las actividades turísticas.
CE18: Analizar los impactos generados por el turismo y gestionar el territorio de acuerdo con los principios de sostenibilidad.
CE21: Conocer los objetivos, estrategias e instrumentos públicos de planificación para comprender un plan público y las oportunidades que se derivan para el sector privado.
CE24: Trabajar en medios socioculturales diferentes.

La evaluación tendrá un carácter continuo y formativo y podrá realizarse tanto a nivel individual como grupal, coherentemente con la naturaleza de las actividades formativas planteadas.
En concreto, la evaluación se desarrollará a partir de la realización por parte del estudiante de:
- Pruebas escritas (40%)
- Presentaciones en clase (10%)
- Trabajos en equipo y/o individuales e informes (40%)
- Participación y actitud del/la alumno/a en clase a lo largo del semestre (10%)
