Associate Professor on Business Administration at the Economics and Business Sciences School (Facultad de Ciencias Económicas y Empresariales) of Universidad Complutense de Madrid. Degree in Business Studies (Universidad Complutense de Madrid, 1998) and Master in Business Management and Administration (Universidad Rey Juan Carlos, 2000). PhD with course 2004-2005 Extraordinary Award (Universidad Complutense de Madrid). He has been teaching at its current School since the course 2000-2001. He has been Research Fellow at Real Colegio Complutense (HarvardUniversity) during course 2004-2005. At the present, he is focused on the Strategic Management and Knowledge Management fields.

He has been author of several books, like Dinámicas de Aprendizaje Organizativo en Empresas Intensivas en Conocimiento. Besides, he has authored several articles published by international scientific journals in the Business and Management fields like Technovation, International Journal of Technology Management, Journal of Knowledge Management, Journal of Intellectual Capital, Journal of Business Ethics, Revista Latinoamericana de Administración, INNOVAR Journal of Administrative and Social Sciences, and Cuadernos de Economía y Dirección de la Empresa.

His research work has been presented at more than forty scientific congresses and conferences, both at Spanish and international associations in the Business and Management fields Strategic Management Society, European Academy of Management, Iberoamerican Academy of Management, Organizational Knowledge, Learning and Capabilities, Asociación Científica de Economía y Dirección de la Empresa, Asociación Española sobre Contabilidad y Administración de Empresas…).

He has been researcher in several Research Projects about different issues tied to the Business and Management area, with funding granted by different public and private institutions like Ministerio de Ciencia e Innovación, Comunidad de Madrid, Universidad Complutense de Madrid, Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, Instituto de Administración y Dirección de Empresas (IADE), Centro de Investigación sobre la Sociedad del Conocimiento (CIC), EADS-CASA, and Fundación Rafael del Pino.
