Formalising applications

Applications shall be formalised in two steps.

1. Completion

The completion of data and the submission of the documents required in the call for applications must be carried out through a telematics application.

The documents requiered in this call for applications are the following.

Non-standard documents

- The qualifications required in the annex to this call for applications for the position for which you are applying.
- National identity card, residence card or certificate of registration in the register of EU citizens in force. In the case of foreigners not resident in Spain, the must provide their passport.
- Specific requirements established in the vacancy, if applicable.
- Documents accrediting all the merits claimed. Those merits not accredited by documents will not be considered. The merits will be assessed with reference to the closing date of the deadline for the submission of applications.

At the end of the process the application will generate an application form in pdf format.

2. Presentation

The application form shall be signed and submitted in one of the ways provided for in article 16.4 of Law 39/2015, of 1 october, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations,

Notes:
Aviso Interested parties submitting their application at a Registry not belonging to the Universidad Complutense de Madrid or at post offices as establishec in article 16.4 of Low 39/2015, of 1 october, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations shall send and already signed copy of the scanned application with the visible registry stamp to pinves.seleccion@ucm.es before the deadline.

It is recommended that the application be submitted with an electronic signature, attaching the form to a generic application form addressed to the Research Staff Administration Service 
(Servicio de Administración de Personal Investigador) though the UCM Electronic Registry

It is not necessary to submit the documents that have been provided through the application

Deadline for submissions

The deadline for the submission of applications ends 2:00 p.m. (peninsular time) on May 23, 2022.

Applications submitted after the deadline and/or out of form, will not be accepted and cannot be corrected, even if they have been completed in the online application.
