Apply full scholarship and join live-streamed Chinese classes by SJTU in Spring 2022

In order to cope with the impact of COVID-19, Shanghai Jiao Tong University offers online Chinese language program sponsored by the Center for Language Education and Cooperation under the Ministry of Education in China. A brand new learning experience will provide better opportunities for outstanding students and currently-employed Chinese language teachers worldwide to study Chinese in their own countries. While approaching the deadline for application, we have a few spots remaining, and will provide an additional special online HSK test to help you meet the requirement of application.

1. Time for Class: Feb.21. 2022 to June.24, 2022, 16:00-19:30 (GMT+8) with 30 minutes break on every weekday

2. Application Deadline: There are a few spots for scholarship remaining, application will be closed once they are filled.

3. Scholarship Coverage: Tuition fee for the online course

Eligibility All applicants should apply to the following conditions: 1) Applicants should have a HSK test certificate (Any Level) or if you don't have any HSK certificates, you may join our special online HSK test on 9:00 Nov. 20th, 2021(GMT+8). Please fill in the questionnaire (https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/2TR6QMJ) before Oct.11. Please note that we only have two levels of HSK test (Level 2 & 4). Please select the level you want to join in the questionnaire. We will decide whether to hold the test according to the number of applicants. 2) Non-Chinese citizens, currently located overseas 3) In good physical and mental conditions, and with good academic performance and conduct; 4) Committed to the Chinese language education and related work, with strong interest in learning Chinese 5) Between the ages of 18 and 35. Applicants currently working as Chinese language teachers shall not be over 45.

5. Certificate: Students who have good class attendance and pass the final exam shall be awarded with the digital certificate issued by Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
