Information and Guidance
Information and Guidance for Enrolled Students
Every year, the Academic Commission of the Doctoral Programme organises an information session at the start of the academic year, following enrolment. In this session, enrolled students are informed about the following aspects: duration, organisation of doctoral training, supervision and monitoring, the role of the doctoral commission, the annual assessment calendar, requirements for industrial doctorates and doctorates with international mention, requirements for co-tutelle thesis arrangements and theses submitted by publication, deadlines and procedures for thesis defence, the programme's training activities, the use of the "RAPI2" guide, and requirements for mobility.
All enrolled students receive email notifications about training activities from both the programme and the doctoral school, as well as deadlines for procedures related to registering training activities and research plans.
Any questions regarding admission or any procedural aspect of the doctoral programme are answered individually and promptly by the programme coordinator.
