The Complutense University of Madrid, through the Academic Committees of the Doctoral Programs (CAPD) or the Doctoral Schools, establishes the mechanisms for evaluation and monitoring, the completion of the thesis within the projected timeframe, and the procedures provided for in cases of conflict. Matters concerning intellectual property will be regulated by the UCM Doctoral Commission.
