¿Cómo sé si mi universidad tiene acuerdo con la UCM?

Sin embargo, es mejor que te comuniques con la Oficina de Relaciones Internacionales o directamente con la Facultad donde haya convenio entre la UCM y tu Universidad.
Quiero ser estudiante erasmus en la UCM ¿Qué tengo que hacer?

¿Cuál es la fecha limite para hacer la solicitud on-line?
- Para los alumnos que solicitan todo el año académico o el primer cuatrimestre se abre el plazo de solicitud on-line el 30 de Marzo y termina el 15 de Junio.
Sin embargo, la fecha límite para los estudiantes de Medicina es el 30 de Mayo.
- Para los alumnos que vienen sólo para el segundo cuatrimestre se abrirá el plazo para hacer la solicitud on-line el 15 de Octubre y terminará el 30 de Noviembre.
No obstante, los estudiantes de Medicina que vengan en el segundo cuatrimestre tendrán que ponerse en contacto directamente con la Oficina Erasmus de Medicina para confirmar la fecha límite.

Ha habido un error en mi solicitud ¿Tengo que hacer una nueva?
No es necesario hacer una nueva, basta con que nos escribas un e-mail para indicarnos el error.
En la solicitud dice: Código Erasmus ¿Qué es esto?
Todas las universidades tienen un código, tienes que pedírselo a tu coordinador Erasmus o a tu Oficina de Relaciones Internacionales. Ejemplo: Madrid03
¿Qué papeles tengo que enviar a su universidad?
Tienes que enviarnos, tu solicitud del registro on-line, tu learning agreement y copia de tu transcript of records
No estoy seguro de cómo hay que rellenar el “Expediente Académico/Transcript of Records”
El transcript of records es el documento donde se reflejan las notas obtenidas por los estudiantes incoming en su universidad de origen.
¿Cómo puedo/debo enviar los documentos? (por email, correo postal...)

¿Cómo sé si he sido aceptado/a en su Universidad?
Si has recibido un e-mail de nuestra Universidad confirmándote la facultad en la que has sido aceptada/o y dándote el número Erasmus es que has sido aceptada/o. El e-mail se envía una vez recibida la documentación en papel.
¿Qué hago si necesito una carta de aceptación oficial para un visado?

¿Qué tengo que hacer después de haber hecho mi solicitud on-line y haber enviado mis documentos?
Después de haber enviado todo, sólo quedaría esperar a que recibas nuestro correo donde te confirmamos tu aceptación en la Complutense.
¿Qué es mi número Erasmus?
Es el número de registro que te identifica en la UCM.
¿Qué nivel de español se pide para su Universidad?
Según el marco común europeo de referencia para las lenguas (MCER) es recomendable tener un B2, que corresponde a un nivel intermedio alto.
¿Se pide algún tipo de certificado que acredite mi nivel de español?
No, por ahora no se exige ningún certificado.
¿Dónde consigo información para el curso de español?
En la dirección filreint@filol.ucm.es puedes informarte de todo con respecto al curso de español.
¿Cuánto cuesta el curso de español?
Es gratuito para los alumnos que lo hayan expresado así en la casilla correspondiente de la solicitud online.
¿Qué pasa si no puedo asistir a la prueba de nivel del curso de español?
La prueba de nivel del curso de español es obligatoria, en caso de no poder asistir no se podrá realizar el curso de español. Excepcionalmente, en algunos casos justificados se podrá asistir al curso de español pero para mayor información por favor escribe a erasmus@filol.ucm.es.
¿Hay un curso de español en febrero?
Hay un curso de español en febrero para los alumnos que vienen en febrero.
¿Does my University have a bilateral agreement with the UCM?
You have to click on the following link to check if there’s a bilateral agreement between the UCM and your University:
Nevertheless, it’s important you contact the Central International Relations Office or the Erasmus Office of your Institution which will inform you if they have a bilateral agreement between our universities.
I want to be an Erasmus student, what should I do?
First, you have to contact your Erasmus coordinator, and then he/she will have to nominate you as an Erasmus student by sending us an email.
Then we will send you all relevant information.
When is the application open and when is the deadline to apply online?
- The students who are nominated for the whole academic year or the first semester will have to apply starting March 30th and ends June 15th.
Except, for the students applying to the Faculty of Medicine the deadline is May 30st.
- For those students that are nominated to come for the second semester then they will have to apply starting October 15th and will end November 30th.
However, the students applying to the Faculty of Medicine in the second semester will have to contact directly with the Erasmus Office of Medicine to confirm the deadline.

There has been a mistake in my online application; do I have to do one again?
No, there’s no need to do it again, you may email us to inform us about the error.
In the application form says: Erasmus Code ¿What is this?
All Universities have a code that helps us know from which university you come from. You have to ask your coordinator for this Erasmus Code or at your Central International Office. Example: Madrid03
Which documents do I have to send to your University?
You have to send us: your Application form, your learning agreement (enlace) and a copy of your transcript of records
I’m no sure how to fill in my “Transcript of Records”
A transcript of records refers to a copy of the student’s academic record with the courses and grades received at your home university.

How can I know if I’ve been accepted in the UCM?
If you have received an email from our Institution confirming you to which faculty you have been accepted and also in this email your Erasmus number is given, then you have been successfully accepted. You will receive the e-mail after we receive the printed documents.
What should I do if I need an official letter of acceptance for a student visa?
You have to contact our office, erasmus1@pas.ucm.es or erasmus2@pas.ucm.es
What should I do after completing my online application and having sent?
After having sent everything, you just have to wait until you receive our email confirming your acceptance in our University.
It is a registration number that identifies you in the UCM.
What Spanish level is needed for your University?
According to the Common European Framework of reference for languages (CEFR) we suggest a B2, which is an intermediate level.
Do I need a document to certify my Spanish level?
No, right now we do not require any document.
Where can I receive information about the Spanish course?
You have to email erasmus@filol.ucm.es and you will receive all the information regarding the Spanish course.
How much does the Spanish course cost?
The Spanish course is free for the students that have marked it in the application form.
What happens if I cannot attend the Spanish level test?
The Spanish level test is mandatory; if you cannot attend to this test then you cannot do the Spanish course. In some cases that can be justified we may exceptionally allow to do the Spanish course, but for more information about this please contact erasmus@filol.ucm.es .
Is there a Spanish course in February?
There is a Spanish Lanhuage course in February for 2nd semester students.
