PhD in Psychology in 2010 from the Complutense University of Madrid (UCM). She began her teaching career at the UCM in 2006 and since 2017 she has been an associated professor in the Department of Personality, Evaluation and Clinical Psychology. Since 2003, her research activity has been focused on a line of research that aims to study, evaluate and treat stress in different population groups. In addition, she has made teaching and research work compatible with clinical intervention with adult populations. In 2016 he was accredited as a University Lecturer.
