The Internal Quality Assurance System (SGIC) provides electronic forms to facilitate the submission of suggestions and complaints. Information on the procedures for filing claims is also available.

Questions, suggestions, complaints or claims to the Master's coordinator
If you wish to make any kind of inquiry to the Master's Coordinator, please send an email to MasterBMC@ucm.es
The Master's Program Coordinator will respond to your inquiry as soon as possible. Matters related to course instruction should first be addressed to the course coordinators (their email addresses are listed in the course information sheets).
Unless another preferred method of contact is indicated, the reply will be sent to the email address from which the message originated.
