Master's Degrees

WHY STUDY THIS MASTER'S DEGREE?

The Master's Degree in Chemical Science and Technology aims to provide a solid base of knowledge that has not been acquired in the Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry. As a consequence of the planned formative development, students will use knowledge and practical skills in the research environment in chemical science and technology, develop new ideas and solve complex problems, so as to enhance scientific and methodological advances in this area of knowledge.

Students will acquire competencies that will enable them to communicate, both to the academic and non-academic community, advances in chemical science and technology.

The Master's Degree in Chemical Science and Technology aims to provide the appropriate basis for future professionals and researchers to develop and apply the training obtained, both in basic and applied research, in companies, universities and public research and development centers.

Obtaining the Master's degree will enable students to access the research period of PhD studies and specialized positions in companies.
