Rocío Deliyore

Rocío Deliyore is a professor at the Faculty of Education, School of Orientation and Special Education of the University of Costa Rica. Throughout her career she specialised in Pedagogy and Psychopedagogy including the gender perspective as a cross-cutting concept.

She is currently a researcher at the Institute for Research in Education (INIE) of the same university where she has developed and continues to develop projects, including: Construction of alternative and augmentative communication in the special education center of Heredia (2014-2016), Initial Education and Special Education with a view to inclusive education from a teacher perspective (2018-2020) and Inclusive education in the formation of the Primary Education Career, coincidences and differences at the University of Kansas and the University of Costa Rica (2020-2021).
