Professor of Psychological Assessment at the Faculty of Psychology, UCM.

Throughout her more than 25 years of career, she has developed a professional, teaching and research activity in the field of audience studies in museums and other contexts of cultural heritage interpretation. Researcher in several recent projects: MUSACCES, Art, accessibility and inclusive museography, CONNECT (Connecting Audiences European Alliance for Education and Training in Audience Development), CIPAMU City, Heritage and Museums in Spain and Latin America and R+D+i PUBLICUM, Audiences in transformation.

Promoter and scientific coordinator for more than 10 years of the Permanent Laboratory of Museum Audiences of the Ministry of Culture, where she directed more than twenty research projects on audiences and evaluations of social and educational programmes in Spanish state museums.

Coordinator of important research in the Ibero-American field, such as "Análisis del público de los centros culturales de España en Iberoamérica y Guinea Ecuatorial" [Analysis of the audience of Spanish cultural centres in Ibero-America and Equatorial Guinea] (2010) for the AECID (Ministry of Foreign Affairs) and "Sistema de recogida de datos de público" [Audience data collection system] (2016), for the Ibero-American Observatory of Museums. Member of the Audience Studies Forum, a platform for dialogue and socialisation made up of Audience Studies professionals and researchers in the Ibero-American context.
