Sonia Estévez Martín

This researcher has pursued a scientific career since 2005, when she began her doctorate studies as part of the GPD research group (ECM GR35/10-A-910502) at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid. Subsequently, in 2016 she formed part of Group 910606-Design and Testing of Reliable Systems at the same university.

As part of her research work she has been involved in 6 competitive research projects, obtaining a positive evaluation over a 6-year research period (known as a 'sexenio'), recognised by the Ministry of Education (01/01/2004 - 31/12/2009). She received her doctorate in Information Technology from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid (2015). Author of contributions to journals, congresses and international workshops, 4 of them indexed in JCR.

Before embarking on her scientific career, this researcher worked at a number of companies in the information technology area (1996-2000), giving her both a theoretical perspective and an insight into practical application. She then began to work

in the field of teaching as a lecturer at the Universidad Antonio de Nebrija from 2000 to 2004. She subsequently joined the Universidad Complutense de Madrid as a collaborating lecturer (15/03/2004) and then as a contracted doctorate lecturer (25/05/18).

In the field of education she has directed 10 Final Master's Dissertations, 7 final degree dissertations, and formed part of 7 educational innovation projects.
