Sahar Talaat

Sahar Talaat, is a professor and researcher in the Department of Political Mass Media in the School of Political and Economic Studies at Future University Egypt (FUE), Cairo, Egypt. She teaches: Specialized Writing, Debate Moderation, Measuring Public Opinion, Research Methodology, Public Opinion and Policy Making y Conducting interviews.

Expert on communication and gender She was a teacher in the Master’s degree programme of Erasmus Mundus Crossing Mediterranean: Towards Investment and Integration (MIM) of the Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB) and  taught in the Gender and Communication programme of the UCM, title of the course: The Image of the Arab Women in the Media in the Arab countries, challenges and progress.

She was a researcher in the LAPREC Research Group, Autonomous University of Barcelona, Department of Journalism and Communication Sciences, The former research project was on the Social Construction of the Euro-Med space in the mass media: information in the press and television. She participated in numerous conferences at a national and international level, including the Debate Forum: Robotics and Artificial Intelligence from a gender perspective of the UCM.
