He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Mechanical Engineering from Veracruzana University, and a PhD in Naval Engineering from the Automation Department of the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid (UPM). He holds a Diploma in Total Quality from Veracruzana University, a Diploma in Competitive Success with a Global from San Diego State University, a Diploma in Computer Studies from Veracruzana University, a Diploma in Curricular Design of an Integral and Flexible Education Model from Veracruzana University, a Diploma in Emotional Leadership from the Institute of Development and Updating. He is a Coordinator at the Research Centre for Micro and Nanotechnology (Microna) and is a collaborator and evaluator at the National Agency for the Evaluation of Quality and Accreditation. He is a Director of the magazine Acreditas.
