Sara Gozálvez

My name is Sara Gozálvez Catalán and I am currently pursuing my PhD in English Linguistics at the Complutense University of Madrid. Before that, I obtained a degree in English Philology from the University of Valencia, including two years as an exchange student at Nottingham Trent University and Middlesex University London. Then my MA in Teaching at the Catholic University of Valencia led to a thesis focused on the teaching of CLIL at High Institution levels. Ever since an early age I have been awarded different scholarships that allowed me to study and live abroad in countries such as Ireland, UK, USA and Mexico. Furthermore, I have obtained several certificates and diplomas in the teaching of English by the University of Cambridge. I am currently a full-time Professor at the Language Department at Tecnológico de Monterrey, in Mexico, as well as working on my doctoral thesis focused on written needs in English Medium Instruction subjects taught at university levels in Mexico and Spain.
