Information 

Carlos Sanz Simón is Lecturer in History of Education at the Department of Educational Studies in the Faculty of Education at the Complutense University of Madrid. He holds a PhD in Education from this institution -with international mention and Extraordinary Doctorate Award-, he develops his lines of research around the history of education and historical- educational heritage, especially from the perspective of nationalism, educational practice and women's education. She has also participated in several national and international research and teaching innovation projects, and is a member of the consolidated research group Historical and Comparative Keys to Education. Gender and identities and of various scientific societies in these fields in Spain and abroad, forming part of the board of directors of the Spanish Society for the Study of Historical-Educational Heritage (SEPHE).
