Consultancy and advisory services for documentation management and training are available for institutions in both the public and private sectors.

The members of IDEA Lab have continuously taken part in over 45 competitive projects with both national and international funding.

As experts in the management of information and documentation in public and private organizations, they have signed over 50 research and transfer projects and contracts (article 83) with companies and institutions including the following: the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Defence, Madrid Regional Government, Red.es, RENFE-ADIF railway company, Zaragoza City Council, Social Work Division of the La Caixa Foundation, among others.

IDEA Lab has led and/or participated in 50 teaching research and/or learning service projects funded by the UCM and/or by the University of Zaragoza.
