Deadlines and Nominations

Nominations

UCM is prepared to receive and send nominations via EWP. Therefore, partner universities must submit their nominations through EWP - Digital Nominations. For more information on this process, please contact your EWP network provider. Further information on the process can be found here . If you have not yet implemented this tool or are experiencing problems using it, please contact us at erasmus1@ucm.es before the end of the nomination period to inform you about our alternative nomination process".

Deadlines

The students who are nominated for the whole academic year or the first semester:
- Nomination period: From March 15th to May 15th
- Application period: From April 1st to May 31st

For those students that are nominated to come for the second semester:
- Nomination Period: From September 1st to November 15th
- Application Period: From September 15th to November 20th

Nominations and applications after the deadline will not be accepted.
