Suggestions, Complaints and Claims Service
The Complutense Center for the Teaching of Spanish (CCEE) reaffirms its commitment to continuous improvement and to ensuring the satisfaction of its students, faculty, and users. To this end, a communication channel has been established through which any suggestion, complaint, or claim concerning the services, activities, or facilities of the Center may be submitted.

Commitment to Response
The CCEE undertakes to address all communications with the highest degree of diligence and confidentiality. A formal response will be issued within a maximum period of 15 working days from receipt of the request, detailing the measures or solutions to be adopted.
Purpose
This service aims to foster a climate of collaboration and trust, while promoting the continuous enhancement and quality of the teaching and services offered by the CCEE.
For any additional queries, individuals may also attend in person at the CCEE Secretariat, located in the Multiuse Building, Ciudad Universitaria, Madrid.
