In accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (RGPD) and LO 3/2018, of 5 December, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights (LOPDGDD), we inform you that the data you send us through the contact forms or information request forms and/or email addresses that appear on this website as well as by accepting the sending of information about services and activities of the Complutense Center for the Spanish Language Teaching (CCEE) will be treated under the responsibility of Fundación General Universidad Complutense de Madrid (hereinater FGUCM) with CIF G79485082, address Facultad de Medicina Edificio Entrepabellones 7-8 Universidad Complutense Madrid and telephone +34913946362. The FGUCM has appointed the data protection as delegate who can be contacted with any queries regarding CCEE data protection issues at the following email address: dpdfgucm@ucm.es.
The data will be processed for the purpose of answering queries made by users about the services offered by FGUCM, contacting the interested party and/or sending the requested information. The legitimate basis for the processing of this data is the execution of pre-contractual measures at the request of the data subject (sending information or conditions of the services provided) (article 6.1.b RGPD).
In the case of acceptance of the sending of information on activities, courses and services of the CCEE, the legitimate basis is the consent of the data subject, who voluntarily accepts the sending of promotional information (Article 6.1.a GDPR). You may subsequently revoke the consent given.
Your personal data will be kept for the period necessary to fulfil the purpose for which they were collected and to determine any possible liabilities that may arise from this purpose and from the processing of the data. In cases where the legitimate basis is consent, the data will be kept until the data subject requests its deletion and withdraws the consent granted.
Your data will not be transferred, except in the cases provided for by law. No international data transfers are foreseen.
