Desde su constitución, el grupo ha publicado cerca de 400 trabajos científicos, siendo la mitad de ellos indexados en revistas de las áreas de Food Science and Technology, Nutrition, Agronomy, Social Perception of Science, principalmente. El 70% de ellos se encuentran posicionados en primer tercio JCR (T1).

Las principales revistas donde se publica su investigación son: Food Chemistry, Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry, LWT-Food Science and Technology, Journal of Functional Foods, entre otras.

Algunos miembros del grupo han participado como editores de varios libros y monografías (editoriales Springer, Wiley, entre otras), además de en otras publicaciones docentes.
