- Electrical and spectral photoconductivity system, composed of: Alpha electromagnet with magnetic flux density up to 1.9T and Kepco bipolar current source; Two He cryostat from CTI-cryogenics for temperatures in the 5 K - 500 K; Keithley 4200 system equipped with 4 programmable SMUs; Bentham monochromator for the 1-13 µm range (SiC filament source). Horiba monochromator for the 0.25-1.5 µm range (250 W halogen source); 2 x Stanford Research lock in amplifier model SR830.
- Two probestation with Everbeing micromanipulators. Each has an Agilent impedance analyzer and a Keithley SMUs. One of the systems also has a hot chuck that enables measuring at substrate temperatures up to 300ºC.
- Semi-automatic sheet resistance mapper (AIT) for substrates with sizes up to 4”.
- Lifetime tester model Sinton WCT-120.
- Solar Simulator Class AAA Sinus-70_V2 from Wavelabs.
