What are my rights?

To the rights established in the REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (GDPR), such as the right to access, rectification, deletion, limitation, portability and objection, including the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on the automated processing of my personal data. Exercising these rights is personal and can be done through a request sent to the controller.

The controller will ensure they are exercised within a month, and this can be extended by two months if necessary.

Right to Access: 

If I know the service or organism that is processing my data, I can request information about what data they have and how they have obtained them, the purposes, the categories of data and their storage, as well as communication to third parties, whether already communicated or expected to be. 

Right to Correction:

If I know that my data are inaccurate or incomplete, I can inform the controller of the service processing them to correct or, where applicable, complete them.

Right to Deletion (‘right to privacy’):

When my data are not necessary for a purpose, I may inform the head of the unit or service, who will be obliged to delete them without undue delay, except in cases established in Art. 17.3 of GDPR.

Right to Limitation: 

I may request the limitation of the processing when the conditions established in Art. 18 of GDPR are met.

Right to Portability: 

It is not applicable when the processing is required to fulfil a purpose in the public interest or in exercising public powers conferred onto the controller. If the legal base is different and the processing conditions allow it, i may receive my data in a structured format, in common use and machine readable.

Right to Opposition: 

In the event of a particular situation, I may oppose the processing of my data by the controller when the data are used for reasons of public interest/service, including the creation of profiles.
