Chief Operating Officer
Javier Sánchez is a Management Technician from the Complutense University of Madrid (A1) and a Senior Legal Technician from the Community of Madrid (A1), on leave of absence.
He has a degree in Law with recognition of Suficiencia Investigadora en Estudio Procesales by the UCM with postgraduate training in International Trade, Higher Technician in Occupational Risk Prevention and Master in Quality in Higher Education.
He has been Secretary of the Board of Universities of the Community of Madrid, Vice-Manager of Human Resources and Organization of the Rey Juan Carlos University, Director of the Services of Prevention of Labor Risks and Medicine of the Work of the UCM and Director of Personnel of the UCM.
He has co-directed the Masters in Human Resources and Occupational Risk Prevention (CSGE of the UCM) and in Talent Management and Development of the UCM and has taken part as a speaker in Conferences and seminars organised by different institutions inside and outside Spain. He has participated as an International Expert in different European Union projects in countries such as Latvia, Italy, Turkey, China and Mongolia.
