Course Details
The Advanced Culture Course is intended for students with an intermediate to advanced level of Spanish (B1–B2) who are interested in exploring key aspects of Spanish culture, including art, history, literature, and more.
Classes are taught by professors from the Complutense University, all of whom have experience working with international students.
- Cultural subjects are taught in the mornings, Monday to Friday.
- Spanish language classes (grammar and language practice) are held in the afternoons.
The course follows the structure of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).
The program also includes extracurricular activities such as guided museum visits and tours of literary, historical, and artistic sites in Madrid, led by faculty members. These activities are designed to complement classroom learning and support cultural immersion.
Additionally, the course offers resources for those interested in teaching Spanish language and culture. Students can customize their studies by adding elective subjects (e.g., grammar, lexicon, etc.) according to their academic or professional goals..

Teaching Staff
All instructors are university graduates and specialists in Spanish language teaching.
Placement Test
The level test is conducted on the working day before the course begins. Students will be placed in the appropriate level based on their results.
Course Certificate
The Diploma for the Advanced Culture Course is awarded upon successful completion of the full academic year.
- If any subjects are not passed, students will receive a certificate indicating the grades obtained in the successfully completed subjects and the corresponding ECTS credits.
- For subjects not passed, a certificate of attendance will be issued, including the level and duration of the course.
