• Rate 1: Raw digitization. Standard quality: WAV 44.1 kHz / 16-bit or MP3 ≥192 kbps.

•  

  Rate 2: Digitization + professional audio restoration. High quality: WAV 96 kHz / 24-bit or MP3 ≥320 kbps, including a thumbnail image (JPG, 300 dpi).

•  

  Rate 3: Restoration of damaged physical media, including cracked discs, broken cassette shells, mould contamination, moisture damage, and other forms of deterioration (subject to prior assessment).

•  

  Rate 4: Consultancy services for research projects, including the analysis and evaluation of sound archives and audio collections.
