Idham Badruzaman

Idham Badruzaman teaches at Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta, Indonesia. His international exposure began as an awardee of American Field Service (AFS) of Youth Exchange and Study (YES) in Seattle, Washington State in 2004-2005, continued by taking his master degree abroad majoring in  Peace, Conflict and Development Studies at Universitat Jaume I (UJI), Castellón de la Plana, Spain funded by the Ministry of Research, Technology and Education of Indonesia in 2012-2014, followed by another opportunity of joining an international program as a Group Leader on AFS-End-of-Stay-Orientation in Washington DC in 2009, and currently international experience once again is being enjoyed by him as an awardee of Indonesia Endowment Fund for Education as known as LPDP for his PhD at Contemporary History, Universidad Autónoma de Madrid (UAM), Spain started in 2017. His interest in research includes International Relations, identity, peace and conflict studies. His recent publication is “Gernika Embraces Peace through the Memory of Sorrow” Jurnal Kosmpolitan HI Vol. 4 No. 2 (2016). Email: idham_bz@umy.ac.id
