MS and PhD degrees of the University Complutense, of Madrid, in 1980 and 1985, respectively. Belongs to the Department of Geometry and Topology, University Complutense since 1981, currently a Profesor Titular de Universidad (Associate Professor). Author of more than fifty scientific papers on topology and fuzzy mathematics and member of the editorial board of fifteen journals. Senior Member of “International Engineering and Technology Institute (IETI)”, and Head of “Neutrosophic Science International Association” (NSIA) branch of Spain.
