  • VENUE & ACCOMMODATION

The Summer School takes place at the Magdalena Peninsula in Santander (map & info).

Participants must arrive at the Palacio de la Magdalena (map). They will be checked in at the reception desk and get instructions about rooms.

Participants must arrive the day before the start of the course, from 3:00 p.m., and leave the day the course ends. Friday night is subject to room availability and is not included in the Summer School fee.

  • TRANSPORT

Participants are advised to arrange their own transport from and to the airport.
Take a taxi for a fast service.
There is no direct bus between Seve Ballesteros-Santander Airport and La Magdalena. ALSA buses connect the airport to Santander Bus Station (info) and city buses connect Santander Bus Station to La Magdalena (info).

  • REGISTRATION & PAYMENT

Participants will receive an e-mail with the registration form and payment instructions.

We advise participants to pay by 15 July. However, payment can be made at a later date.

  • INVOICE

If you need an invoice please contact UIMP´s Office using the e-mail address provided in the registration form.

  • EIBA MEMBERSHIP

As indicated in the basis of the call for applications, participants are required to be EIBA Members for 2023.

The Summer School fee does not include the EIBA membership.

  • CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE

The Certificate of Attendance will be available after the end of the Summer School.

Participants will have to attend all scheduled sessions in order to receive the certificate.

  • ECTS​ CREDITS

The Summer School has been accredited by the UIMP with 2.5 credits.

The student's home university is responsible for the final recognition of credits.

  • VISA

Participants are advised to make their own arrangements with respect to entering Spain.

Please contact your local consulate or embassy for official instructions on the specific visa regulations and apply for a visa within a reasonable time prior to the beginning of the Summer School.
