Mentors/telemachs commitments
- Confidentiality and respect for each other's comments and time are the pillars of the tutoring.
- The program begins with a webinar for mentors and another for apprentices. They will be scheduled on two different dates and other exceptional alternatives can be provided, so that we all share the same starting point.
- Each couple will meet in person or virtually 6 times over 6 months. It is the responsibility of the telemachus to approach the mentor to find the best time for both of them for each meeting.
- Telemacs are strongly encouraged to work on a personal career plan to make the most of this mentoring program.
- Trainees are asked to complete a simple form after each of the meetings to allow the organizers to keep track of the meetings.
- Mentors and telemachs must complete a satisfaction and evaluation survey at the end of the program.
