On 13th December, the auditorium of the Faculty of Biology hosted the award ceremony for the eighth edition of the UCM University Entrepreneur Awards, which is convened by the Vice-rectorate for Knowledge Transfer and Entrepreneurship, through Compluemprende. The ceremony was presided over by the vice-rector Mercedes Gómez Bautista, accompanied by the host Dean, Jesús Pérez Gil, and the director of Compluemprende, Paloma Bel.

The prizes were awarded last July by a jury made up of representatives and experts from the UCM, as well as from the sponsoring institutions and companies.
