Entrepreneurial Ecosystem Visitor Programme

Within the framework of the institutional relationship between the Complutense University of Madrid and Banco Santander , the Vice-rectorate for Employability and Entrepreneurship has launched the UCM-Santander International Programme of Visits to Reference Entrepreneurial Ecosystems, aimed mainly at two groups:

1.  Students and Faculty Entrepreneurs with innovative business projects, with the aim of enabling them to learn about international experiences that will enhance their business models and expand their network and knowledge.

2. Professors with experience in the field of entrepreneurship, with the aim that, under the protection of articles 5 and 6 of Law 14/2013 of 27 September on support for entrepreneurs and their internationalisation, they will improve their theoretical-practical training on the subject for subsequent dissemination to the University Community.

Ecosystems to be visited: Seattle, Boston, Toronto, London, Sydney or Singapore.

Members of Faculty that participate in the programme will agree to collaborate with Compluemprende and our activities through the development of workshops and activities or conventions that are part of UCM, Training Programmes and meetings, as they will be a part of the Entrepreneurship Mentor Team of Complutense University of Madrid.

Compluemprende's Council will select the professors that will participate in the programme, from all the candidates that have submitted their online application. Training and counselling experience will be taken into account, as well as entrepreneurial teaching experience within university and university-participated enterprises.

Awarded Students and Professors will be guided by the Vice-rector of Employability and Entrepreneurship and members of Compluemprende's team.

Selected candidates will have 10 days to accept the Programme's terms and conditions.

Priority will be given to professors that have not participated in previous editions of the programme.
