El Centro de Excelencia Press-Forward, financiado por el programa Erasmus+ de la Unión Europea, invita a todas las personas interesadas en el ámbito del derecho a la información y la ética profesional a participar de una nueva edición del Foro Internacional de Ética y Derecho de la Información (FIÉDI), que este año se desarrollará como una preconferencia de la IAMCR, en Galway. Esta edición se titula "Derecho y ética de la información: una mirada hacia el pasado para pensar el futuro".

Áreas a las que enviar los Abstracts (ímportante debe indicarse en el envio):

• Problema éticos y periodísticos en la actualidad
• Cuestiones legales del ejercicio del periodismo en la actualidad
• Cambios (mejoras o retrocesos) del Derecho de la información desde 1948 a hoy.
• Libertad de expresión y formas de control
• Derechos digitales: evolución y nuevas perspectivas 

Requisitos formales para el envío de Abstract:

• Máximo de 500 palabras en español o inglés.
• Citas en el texto, si las hay, en formato APA.
• Tras la aceptación del abstract, NO será necesario el envío de la comunicación completa.
• Fecha límite para presentar abtracts: 15 de abril de 2026.

The Press-Forward Centre of Excellence, funded by the Erasmus+ programme of the European Union, invites all those interested in the field of the right to information and professional ethics to participate in a new edition of the International Forum on Ethics and Information Law (FIÉDI), which this year will be held as a pre-conference of IAMCR, in Galway. • Legal issues in the practice of journalism today
• Changes (advances or setbacks) in information law from 1948 to the present
• Freedom of expression and forms of control
• Digital rights: evolution and new perspectives

Formal Requirements for Abstract Submission

• Maximum 500 words in Spanish or English.
• In-text citations, if any, in APA format.
• Following abstract acceptance, submission of the full paper will NOT be required.
• Deadline for abstract submission: 15 April 2026.
