Peter Kozmus, a beekeeper since 1994, has played a significant role in the beekeeping community. He served as the Secretary-General of the Apimondia 2003 Congress and has actively participated in subsequent congresses. Since 2011, he has been leading the breeding program for the Carniolan honey bee in Slovenia, overseeing queen breeding and contributing to various national initiatives in beekeeping.

Active in the APIMONDIA International Beekeeping Organization since 2002, Kozmus held various roles, including Vice President.
