January 2023 11 ene 2023 - 11:09 CETSe oferta un contrato predoctoral adscrito al proyecto: Plan Nacional concedida (THERANOPH - PID2021-123238OB-I00 - (Agencia Estatal de Investigación - AEI)): New theranostic approaches in Pulmonary Hypertension: interventions in lifestyle) The main goal of the doctoral studies consists of developing novel synthetic methodologies to gain entry to already-reported and first-in-class radiotracers for PET imaging in PH. Specifically, the purpose is to develop precursors amenable to radiolabeling followed by tagging with radioactive isotopes. Experiments will focus on designing and executing synthetic pathways, isolation, and characterization of both cold references and radiolabeled tracers for PET, and finally, employment of the radiotracer of choice in animal models aiming for early-stage diagnosis.
