Borned in L"Aquila, obtained her Chemistry degree at the Università degli studi dell"Aquila in march 2013. The thesis project entitled "Synthesis of Fullerene - extended Tetrathiafulvalene Dyads with Photoswitchable Dithienylethene Molecular Wires" was carried out into the Nazario Martin"s group where she spent  a six months period when she received an Erasmus Placement grant in 2012. In march 2014 she started her Ph.D studies under supervision of Prof. Nazario Martin and Prof. Beatriz Illescas with an IMDEA Nanoscience studentship, financed by a grant into the EU framework program Marie Curie Initial Training Network, named "Molecular-Scale Electronics: MOLESCO".
