General Information:
Students who have already started an undergraduate Degree in a foreign University and would like to continue their studies at the UCM.
30 passed credits must be required to start the enrollment
Deadlines: 19th of April to 3rd of June 2022
How to apply:
The transfer credit process is carried out by the different Faculties Student Assistance Offices, but you must apply accros the following link

General required documents:
  • Official transcript of records.
  • Syllabus of each passed subjects and the length of tuition.
  • A copy of passport or identity card.
  • Payment receipt of fees: 70 € (contact the Student Assistance Office for the payment process)

All documents must be official, certified and translated into Spanish.


Exceptions to the certification:
- Documents issued in the European Union or the E.E.E.S.
- Documents with "The Hague Appostille" do not need any certification.

Requirements: Only in case there are any vacancies for the degree you have applied for, you may be admitted if the UCM validates at least 30 credits of your previous studies.
Remarks:
  • The official enrolment will depend on a favourable resolution and will be valid for the present academic year and the following one, not later.
  • In case there are more applications than available placements, the assessment of student’s academic records will be the prevailing criteria.
  • If you do not fullfil the requirements, you may apply for general admission for international students.
