Enrolment in official master's degrees

   
Deadlines: 2019

Newcomers:
  • 1st one: 4- 29 June, for those admitted in the ordinary application period.
  • 2nd one: 17 to 24 June, for those admitted in the second ordinary application period.
  • 3th. one: 18- 24 September for the extraordiary application period.
Students previously enrolled:
  • students who have passed all the subjects enrolled: 8 - 12 July.
  • students with failed subjects: 23 - 27 July and 3 - 25  September
  • check the specific date at the Student Office of the Faculty where the master is held.
How to register:
  • Online: Students with no access to internet may enrol in the general computer rooms at faculties. The first step is to create a @ucm email account. You can get the "código de activación" (password) with your admission or on website.
  • In person, when the Student Office of the Faculty allows it: the enrolment sheet needs to be printed, signed and handed in at the Student Office of the Faculty where the master is held.

All students must be aware that if the documents are submitted in person, both the original and an attested copy are required. In case they are sent by post, the documents must be attested copies -except for the national identity card-.

Supporting documentation: Students enrolled  are requested to hand in their university diploma at the Student Office of the Faculty where the master is held before July 27., 2018.
Payment terms: International students and payments
  • The Decree that rules public fees is published each year in July, so for registrations in July it's advisable the eight instalments payment modality. 
  • Incomers Non-EU international students without residency status must pay academic expenses of third registration.
Cancellation / Refund:
  • Cancellation: at the Student Office of the Faculty where the master is held before October 31., 2018.
