O direito a liberdade de expressão é caracterizado como direito da personalidade, integrante do estatuto do ser humano, fundamental para a concretização do princípio da dignidade da pessoa humana e determinada, para quem o incorpora, especificas funções. Ele e garantia individual e protege a sociedade contra o arbítrio e as soluções de força.
Vale ressaltar que, quando se restringe a liberdade de um indivíduo, não somente o direito deste e atingido, mas também o de toda a comunidade de receber e debater as informações, Caracteriza-se, assim que a liberdade de expressão atinge o indivíduo e a interação da sociedade.
Na atual Constituição Federal, promulgada em 5 de outubro de 1988, várias inovações foram conferidas em relação a liberdade de manifestação do pensamento, dando maior amplitude no rol de direitos e garantias individuais. Em todas as suas formas, a liberdade de expressão e um direito fundamental e intransferível, inerente a todas a pessoas, e um requisito para a existência de uma sociedade democrática.

Constituição brasileira de 1988
- Art. 1º A República Federativa do Brasil, formada pela união indissolúvel dos Estados e Municípios e do Distrito Federal, constitui-se em Estado Democrático de Direito e tem como fundamentos:
- V - o pluralismo político
- Art. 5º Todos são iguais perante a lei, sem distinção de qualquer natureza, garantindo-se aos brasileiros e aos estrangeiros residentes no País a inviolabilidade do direito à vida, liberdade, igualdade, segurança e a propriedade, nos termos seguintes:
- IV - é livre a manifestação do pensamento, sendo vedado o anonimato;
-VIII - ninguém será privado de direitos por motivo de crença religiosa ou de convicção filosófica ou política, salvo se as invocar para eximir-se de obrigação legal a todos imposta e recusar-se a cumprir prestação alternativa, fixada em lei;
- IX - é livre a expressão da atividade intelectual, artística, científica e de comunicação, independentemente de censura ou licença
- Art. 220º A manifestação do pensamento, a criação, a expressão e a informação, sob qualquer forma, processo ou veículo não sofrerão qualquer restrição, observado o disposto nesta Constituição.
- § 2º - É vedada toda e qualquer censura de natureza política, ideológica e artística.
A liberdade de expressão, sobretudo sobre política e questões públicas é o suporte vital de qualquer democracia. Os governos democráticos não controlam o conteúdo da maior parte dos discursos escritos ou verbais. Assim, geralmente as democracias têm muitas vozes exprimindo idéias e opiniões diferentes e até contrárias.
Segundo os teóricos da democracia, um debate livre e aberto resulta geralmente que seja considerada a melhor opção e tem mais probabilidades de evitar erros graves.
A democracia depende de uma sociedade civil educada e bem informada cujo acesso à informação lhe permite participar tão plenamente quanto possível na vida pública da sua sociedade e criticar funcionários do governo ou políticas insensatas e tirânicas. Os cidadãos e os seus representantes eleitos reconhecem que a democracia depende de acesso mais amplo possível a idéias, dados e opiniões não sujeitos a censura.
A liberdade de expressão é um direito fundamental consagrado na Constituição Federal de 1988, no capítulo que trata dos Direitos e Garantias fundamentais e funciona como um verdadeiro termômetro no Estado Democrático. Quando a liberdade de expressão começa a ser cerceada em determinado Estado, a tendência é que este se torne autoritário. A liberdade de expressão serve como instrumento decisivo de controle de atividade governamental e do próprio exercício do poder. O princípio democrático tem um elemento indissociável que é a liberdade de expressão, em contraposição a esse elemento, existe a censura que representa a supressão do Estado democrático. A divergência de idéias e o direito de expressar opiniões não podem ser restringidos para que a verdadeira democracia possa ser vivenciada.

Todos os nomes citados nestas denúncias ( lista não exaustiva pois tem mais com certeza ) estão aí por alguma razão seja por terem participação direta nestes atos ou seja por serem coniventes com os mesmos desonrando sua função pública pela proteção de implicados através da omissão e ou ocultação de denúncias e eles apresentadas.
Não se trata de incoformismo de um só indivíduo pois existe um esquema que está favorecendo um grupo restrito de pessoas e isto vai ser comprovado uma vez que a análise dos imóveis arrematados pelas empresas Comercial Construções e Serviços Blanchard Ltda, Comercial e Serviços J V B Ltda, GALERIA DE ARTE ANDRÉ, IMPORT E EXPORT DE QUADROS E TAPETES LTDA e demais coligadas pertencentes ao Sr. ADAM BLAU e que tëm como sócios-laranjas o Sr. ANDRÉ PHILIPPE PAGLIUCA, a Srta JULIANA BEATRIZ DE SOUZA BLAU, a Sra VALDICÉIA DE SOUZA BLAU e a Sra. ANDRÉA ANA HELENA PAGLIUCA BLAU LICHAND for efetuada.
Não esperava de outra forma que uma tentativa por parte do judiciário de minimizar os fatos, utilizar seus poderes para evitar que estas denúncias sejam apuradas e demais atitudes típicas de certos indivíduos que o povo brasileiro já se cansou de ver, ouvir, saber e até sujeitar-se. Sei que vocês estão utilizando abusivamente seus poderes e vão fazê-lo até que não haja mais recursos. LEVIANDADE é a utilização do coorporativismo para a defesa de pessoas implicadas em assuntos dessa gravidade
CALÚNIA é acusar pessoas mesmo antes que sejam investigados os fatos.
MAU-CARATISMO é a característica dos indivíduos que participam ou que compactuam com isto que está acontecendo, sem se importar com o sofrimento destas muitas pessoas que passaram por estes traumas.

A JUSTIÇA DO BRASIL MANCHADA PELO SANGUE.

Juízes e Desembargadores responsáveis por mortes:

Após inúmeras denúncias e relatos de corrupção, fraudes em leilões de imóveis, venda de sentenças e formação de quadrilha entre outros ( denúncias estas retiradas da internet através da utilização abusiva do poder público e seus demais órgãos assim como por intermédio da Advocacia Geral da União permitindo-se utilizar de ameaças contra indivíduos e entidades com o intuito de proteger magistrados corruptos ), ainda nos deparamos com uma situação ainda mais grave.

Mediante a descoberta de um esquema de fraude dos Leilões de Imóveis da Justiça do Trabalho do Estado de São Paulo que existe por pelo menos há mais de dez anos, senão até mesmo o dobro disto, o que antes em nós uma sensação de NOJO se transformou em REVOLTA E PERPLEXIDADE.

Como relatado nas inúmeras denúncias anteriores os Juízes e Desembargadores estabeleceram uma máfia entre a Justiça do Trabalho e algumas empresas que conseguem arrematar imóveis a preços derrisórios ( e bota derrisório nisso ). O que deveria ser uma exceção para permitir a execução das ações tornou-se um hábito: a venda de imóveis pelo preço mais baixo permitido pela Lei. O problema reside no fato de pessoas terem seus imóveis caindo neste sistema via um esquema de fraude na Justiça do Trabalho. Em leilões sem nenhuma transparência, uma grande quantidade de imóveis em bairros SUPER-VALORIZADOS foram vendidos a preços de amigo para algumas poucas empresas privilegiadas ( quadrilha que possui entre os seus integrantes o Sr. ADAM BLAU que utiliza-se dos nomes de sua esposa, ex-esposa e filhos ). Estas denúncias foram transmi tidas ao Ministério Público, Conselho Nacional de Justiça, Ministério da Justiça, Ministério do Trabalho e Gabinete da Presidência da República entre outros ( lista não exaustiva ). Cabe ressaltar que desde o mês de maio de 2010 estas denúncias foram realizadas perante ao Tribunal Regional do Trabalho da 2a Região e igualmente perante à todas corregedorias da Justiça do Trabalho do Estado de São Paulo ( assim como esta denúncia também está sendo feita ). Apesar disto as operações de despejo e roubo de imóveis continuam.

Mas o que era aparentemente uma sujeira tornou-se uma IMUNDÍCIE ! Descobrimos que pais-de-família e outras pessoas em situaçãode precariedade que tiveram o dissabor de cair nas mãos desta quadrilha da Justiça do Trabalho, ao realizarem o que estava acontecendo e verem o valor que o último bem que possuíam ( suas próprias residências ) havia sido arrematado, entraram em desespero e se SUICIDARAM. Logo que os Oficiais de Justiça efetuavam o arrombamento dos imóveis uma vez que ninguém abria a porta, se deparavam com pessoas penduradas pelo pescoço em uma corda ou tecido, caídas no chão após terem envenenado-se, mortas depois de terem se matado através da utilização de armas...............

O pior destes fatos é que ninguém foi indiciado no primeiro desses casos por homicídio culposo e os fatos ficaram escondidos. Os Oficiais de Justiça sabiam do que estava ocorrendo e transmitiam os fatos aos Juízes e Desembargadores responsáveis e os despejos-assaltos continuavam impunemente assim como os métodos hediondos para assegurar suas execuções.

JUSTIÇA, esta é a palavra que pedimos para estas pessoas que foram empurradas ao suicídio por causa da ganância de Juízes, Desembargadores, Advogados, Empresários e Funcionários do Poder Judiciário corruptos.

Hoje, visto a gravidade da situação e ao número de mortes que ocorreram não cabe-se mais um indiciamento dos integrantes desta quadrilha por homicídio culposo mas devido a crueldade com que agiram, com a premeditação, com a plena ciência dos fatos que ocorriam, com a utilização do Poder Judiciário mediante o prejuízo irreparável destes indivíduos cabe-se um indiciamento por HOMICÍDIO DOLOSO QU ALIFICADO, visto os métodos que estes magistrados vem utilizando para assegurar a ocultação e a impunidade destes fatos. Da mesma forma, os órgãos que vêm tendo uma participação direta através da defesa, ocultação, intimidação e dissuasão das pessoas que tentam obter justiça devem ser responsabilizados ( Advocacia Geral da União, AMATRA SP, Corregedorias da Justiça do Trabalho.... ) por terem uma ligação direta de cumplicidade efetuando tais atos e obstruindo o processo de transparência na investig ação.

É necessário que se efetue o indiciamento dos implicados por corrupção passiva e ativa, falsidade ideológica, descumprimento da função, obstrução à justiça, improbidade administrativa e recebimento de propina. É necessário que os Juízes e Desembargadores investigados sejam afastados de suas funções para evitar que continuem obstruindo às investigações como vêm ocorrendo ja faz vários anos. Infelizmente, até as próprias corregedorias da Justiça do Trabalho estão infestadas de corruptos que para obterem vantagens financeiras estão passando por cima não somente do sofrimento dos brasileiros mas até de suas próprias vidas. Estas corregedorias não possuem mais legitimidade para exercerem suas atividades de contrôle pois se juntaram com o que existe de pior no Poder Judiciário para desrespeitar, roubar e zombar dos pobres brasileiros.

O PODER JUDICIÁRIO ESTÁ MANCHADO PELO SANGUE. O PODER JUDICIÁRIO ESTÁ INFESTADO DE BANDIDOS. Como podem continuar com tais práticas tendo ciência são eles próprios culpados destas mortes pela sua ganância e safadeza. Como podem continuar a fazer isto por dinheiro sabendo que pessoas estão se suicidando pelo desespero que não somente foram roubadas mas o pior : O PRÓPRIO JUIZ É O LADRÃO. O que podemos esperar de um país onde até o juiz está ROUBANDO e é LADRÃO ? Deus, por favor acabe com esta terra pois não têm mais jeito então, está tudo perdido, acabou-se o Brasil. Como aceitar que Juízes e Desembargadores arranquem pessoas com sérios problemas de saúde de suas próprias casas, pessoas idosas e acamadas, somente para vender o seu imóvel e ficarem ricos ilicitamente.

Provavelmente quando você estiver lendo este relato e os demais que já foram efetuados diversas associações internacionais de luta contra a corrupção, de luta pelos direitos humanos e pela justiça já terão recebido estas informações detalhadamente. Isto é um meio de mostrar ao mundo o que está acontecendo nesta podridão de país onde a vergonha e a decência tornou-se o maior artigo de luxo que existe pois raros são os que possuem.

A nossa Justiça está suja pela corrupção, o nosso Judiciário está manchado pelo sangue, os nossos magistrados têm dívidas de almas para pagarem, nós temos Juízes que deviam estar na cadeia e estão proferindo sentenças.

Se efetuarem buscas nos nomes das pessoas implicadas neste escândalo e aquí denunciadas vão poder averiguar que inúmeras denúncias realizadas em sites somente aparecem à partir da terceira ou da quinta página dos nomes destes implicados em motores de busca tais como GOOGLE , YAHOO, etc. Isto se deve pelo fato destes pilantras estarem somente buscando esconderem os fatos e sobretudo não responderem aos mesmos fazendo como alguns juízes que há mais de 10 ( dez ) anos foram denunciados em jornais por corrupção e devido à safadeza e cooporativismo existente no judiciário até hoje não foram responsabilizados pelos seus roubos e continuam exercendo descaradamente suas profissões ( e atividades criminosas ).

Todavia estamos falando de crimes de fácil apuração pois uma compra de um imóvel se faz mediante uma escritura e isto pode ser averiguado. Igualmente as mortes que ocorreram tiveram um atestado de óbito e estes podem ser confrontados com as datas das ordens de despejos efetuadas pela Justiça do Trabalho do Estado de São Paulo. Em resumo, a situação aquí encontra-se de fácil verificação e como o exemplo dado no caso da empresária Tânia Bulhões é possível averiguar os fatos em até bem menos de seis meses. Cabe ressaltar que já fazem mais de seis meses que estas denúncias foram efetuadas pela primeira vez e os despejos continuam impunemente. Existem pessoas que lutam há anos contra esta quadrilha e não conseguem obter resultados.

Pedimos que os sites e pessoas que recebam pedidos de retirada destas denúncias encaminhem os mesmos ao Ministério Público para que possam ser responsabilizados os cumplices que vêm ajudando estes bandidos a esconderem estas sujeiras e continuarem impunes. Se vocês receberem cartas ou pedidos de órgãos do governo pedindo a retirada destas denúncias através de ameaças como eles fazem usualmente denunciem as mesmas e ajudem a tirar mais uns lixos da administração pública. A verdade deve aparecer e não estamos buscando nada além da verdade. Os Juízes e Desembargadores estão tendo uma ótima oportunidade de mostrar ao povo brasileiro o que realmente eles andam fazendo com os poderes que lhes foram dados.

Ja que não tem nada a esconder então abram ao publico todas as operações de imoveis arrematados na Justiça do Trabalho do Estado de São Paulo. Esta é a melhor forma de evitar que injustiças ocorram e que pessoas sejam prejudicadas. O que é muito estranho neste processo é a diferença de preços com os outros leilões e o cartel liderado por algumas empresas aqui denunciadas. Basta abrir a caixinha de surpresas que vão encontrar varias. APUREM ESTAS DENUNCIAS. BOTEM OS RESPONSAVEIS NA CADEIA

Aquí mais uma empresa destinada a fraudar os leilões de imóveis da Justiça do Trabalho do Estado de São Paulo com a ajuda e cumplicidade de um grande número de magistrados corruptos e que mereciam irem para a cadeia assim como os proprietários desta empresa : COMERCIAL E SERVIÇOS JVB LTDA sito à Rua Estados Unidos, 2280 – Mezanino – CEP 01427-002 – Jardim América – São Paulo – Capital. Bem, neste endereço como já comunicado funcionam a GALERIA DE ARTE ANDRÉ ou para ser mais preciso GALERIA DE ARTE ANDRÉ, IMPORT E EXPORT DE QUADROS E TAPETES LTDA e pasmen é igualmente o endereço da empresa mal-afamadíssima COMERCIAL CONSTRUÇÕES E SERVIÇOS BLANCHARD LTDA. Mas como isso três empresas ( isso o que já conseguimos rastrear em uma breve busca não muito aprofundada, pensamos que devem ter mais coisa suja aí pois no mesmo imóvel existe uma outra numeração na Av. Rebouças, 1.385, o que esta quadrilha também deve estar utilizando para outras empresas assim como utilizam igualmente para a empresa COMERCIAL CONSTRUÇÕES E SERVIÇOS BLANCHARD LTDA ).
Chega a ser indecente o número de processos onde os Juízes e Desembargadores se apegam a meros detalhes que possam sempre favorecer esta e as outras empresas desta máfia e permitirem que elas sempre tenham seus direitos prevalecidos ( traduza-se por propina aos juízes ) ao detrimento de pessoas e empresários honestos, fazendo com que estas empresas fiquem com os imóveis a preço de banana. Com argumentos infundados tais como falta de procuração, assinatura errada, falta de direito a justiça gratuita entre muitos outros os magistrados simplesmente extinguem os Recursos, Mandados de Segurança, Ações Rescisórias e outros sem descisão de mérito, permitindo desta forma que esta e as outras empresas tenham o tempo hábil para arrematar os imóveis no caso dos leilões ( na verdade apenas transferem pois não existem leilões uma vez que os preços já estão acertados com estas empresas se tornando uma mera transferência de propriedade), ou como no caso de imóveis já arrematados buscam apenas ganhar tempo para permitirem a estas empresas comercializarem os imóveis enquanto seus proprietários estão no olho da rua. O que é mais chocante é o número de irregularidades que citamos destas empresas e que eles fingem não ver. Têm até casos onde pessoas proibidas de responderem pela empresa assinam documentos no Poder Juduciário e os mesmos são validados. Estas denúncias foram realizadas com provas mas a sacanagem continua impunemente e com todo conhecimento de causa. Olhe o absurdo dos endereços fantasmas destas empresas!
Será realmente que todo o Poder Judiciário está de todo corrompido e ninguém vai fazer nada? Será que a Polícia Federal não vai dar-nos nem o gosto de ver a cara desses pilantras aparecendo na televisão e nos jornais. Não aceito isto, quero ver esses pilantras esses empresários corruptos e esses juízes e desembargadores salafrários na mídia para todo mundo ver e não esquecer. O ideal seria colocá-los na Praça da Sé para que o povo pudesse cuspir e apedrejar estes bostas. Acho isto o mínimo que eles merecem além das penas cabíveis a estes atos. Têm que botar a cara desses pilantras para o Brasil inteiro ver, o nome somente não basta. Isto não vai trazer justiça aos milhares de pessoas que foram assaltadas, mas pelo menos vai amenizar um pouquinho a dor pela qual estão passando.
O tamanho do escândalo dos leilões de imóveis da Justiça do Trabalho do Estado de São Paulo faz o escândalo dos R$ 170.000.000,00 ( cento e setenta milhões ) desviados pelo Presidente do TRT Nicolau dos Santos Neto virar café pequeno. Visto o grande número de anos que estes fatos vêm acontecendo e a cara-de-pau dos juízes que fazem o que querem sem medo ou respeito pela polícia ou pela justiça pois se consideram acima deve ser dez vezes ou mais superior a este escândalo. Sim, é tão grande o número de pessoas assaltadas que já ultrapassa facilmente o bilhão de reais R$ 1.000.000.000,00, podendo chegar a mais de dois ou três bilhões os valores roubados de brasileiros ingênuos que achavam que a justiça brasileira era honesta, o esquema é COLOSSAL. Todavia, como roubavam R$ 200.000,00 de um , R$ 300.000,00 de outro e R$ 500.000,00 de outro a coisa fica mais diluída e fácil de esconder. Porém, se somarem todas as pessoas que foram enganadas o escândalo do Lalau não é nada, ele é um ladrão de galinhas perto destes aí. Deviam condecorar estes juízes e desembargadores implicados neste golpe com a Ordem do Grandes Ratos da República pois eles merecem. Somente vendo o grande poder que estes ladrões possuem não se consegue fazer nada contra eles pois estão com muita grana na mão como podem deduzir e quando alguém toma conhecimento do caso eles simplesmente calam a sua boca com dinheiro ou outros métodos menos simpáticos e por aí vai o ciclo de corrupção. As pessoas que denunciam o escândalo são ameaçadas ( através de outros órgãos públicos pagos com os nossos impostos ), têm a sua vida privada vasculhada e recebem processos injustos por parte de juízes corruptos ligados a esta máfia e localizados em diversos outros setores do Poder Judiciário. Será que não têm ninguém honesto neste país e visto o grande número de denúncias realizadas ( meios de comunicação, órgãos públicos diversos etc ) a até quando vai continuar esta roubalheira? Mesmo após as denúncias realizadas os despejos continuam e os juízes e desembargadores continuam proferindo sentenças compradas por estas empresas, não têm nem medo de represálias pois devem saber ter um jeitinho de resolver o caso na última hora. Então têm mais gente acobertando o esquema para eles nêm se importarem com as denúncias. Quem mais está por trás disto, porquê nada está sendo feito contra estes ladrões? Até quando vamos ter que aguentar ver essas pessoas que deveriam estar na cadeia serem chamadas de EXCELÊNCIAS ?
Têm mais coisas erradas e muito mais nomes de empresas, juízes e desembargadores implicados também dentro de tudo isto ( como já disse o esquema é colossal e está generalizado dentro da Justiça do Trabalho ), mas vamos deixar um pouco para os próximos capítulos.
Queria desculpar-me com as prostitutas por as ofenderem comparando estes empresários, funcionários do Poder Judiciário, Juízes e Desembargadores CORRUPTOS a elas. Na verdade, elas não merecem tais ofensas pois são seres honestos, que não estão roubando ninguém, merecem o meu respeito e possuem um valor infinitamente maior do que estas pessoas ordinárias.
Ah! Bons tempos aqueles em que os Juízes e Desembargadores roubavam somente o dinheiro do povo que estava nas mãos do governo. Agora estão roubando também o pouco que o povo consegue com muito sacrifício guardar nas próprias mãos. A gente era feliz e não sabia………

Aqui mais uma denúncia gravíssima: Os leilões durante um período foram realizados sem nenhuma transparência em uma sala fechada, de difícil acesso e sobretudo não havia leilão nenhum. Os juízes apenas determinavam o preço que iriam vender os imóveis que lhes interessavam para as empresas que estavam retribuindo para eles um pagamento, ou seja recebiam propina. Isto se chama corrupção e eu estou denunciando aqui para que vejam a corja que está na justiça do Trabalho do Estado de São Paulo. Aquí mais uma empresa destinada a fraudar os leilões de imóveis da Justiça do Trabalho do Estado de São Paulo com a ajuda e cumplicidade de um grande número de magistrados corruptos e que mereciam irem para a cadeia assim como os proprietários desta empresa : COMERCIAL E SERVIÇOS JVB LTDA sito à Rua Estados Unidos, 2280 – Mezanino – CEP 01427-002 – Jardim América – São Paulo – Capital. Bem, neste endereço como já comunicado funcionam a GALERIA DE ARTE ANDRÉ ou para ser mais preciso GALERIA DE ARTE ANDRÉ, IMPORT E EXPORT DE QUADROS E TAPETES LTDA e pasmen é igualmente o endereço da empresa mal-afamadíssima COMERCIAL CONSTRUÇÕES E SERVIÇOS BLANCHARD LTDA. Mas como isso três empresas ( isso o que já conseguimos rastrear em uma breve busca não muito aprofundada, pensamos que devem ter mais coisa suja aí pois no mesmo imóvel existe uma outra numeração na Av. Rebouças, 1.385, o que esta quadrilha também deve estar utilizando para outras empresas assim como utilizam igualmente para a empresa COMERCIAL CONSTRUÇÕES E SERVIÇOS BLANCHARD LTDA ).
Chega a ser indecente o número de processos onde os Juízes e Desembargadores se apegam a meros detalhes que possam sempre favorecer esta e as outras empresas desta máfia e permitirem que elas sempre tenham seus direitos prevalecidos ( traduza-se por propina aos juízes ) ao detrimento de pessoas e empresários honestos, fazendo com que estas empresas fiquem com os imóveis a preço de banana. Com argumentos infundados tais como falta de procuração, assinatura errada, falta de direito a justiça gratuita entre muitos outros os magistrados simplesmente extinguem os Recursos, Mandados de Segurança, Ações Rescisórias e outros sem descisão de mérito, permitindo desta forma que esta e as outras empresas tenham o tempo hábil para arrematar os imóveis no caso dos leilões ( na verdade apenas transferem pois não existem leilões uma vez que os preços já estão acertados com estas empresas se tornando uma mera transferência de propriedade), ou como no caso de imóveis já arrematados buscam apenas ganhar tempo para permitirem a estas empresas comercializarem os imóveis enquanto seus proprietários estão no olho da rua. O que é mais chocante é o número de irregularidades que citamos destas empresas e que eles fingem não ver. Têm até casos onde pessoas proibidas de responderem pela empresa assinam documentos no Poder Juduciário e os mesmos são validados. Estas denúncias foram realizadas com provas mas a sacanagem continua impunemente e com todo conhecimento de causa. Olhe o absurdo dos endereços fantasmas destas empresas!
Será realmente que todo o Poder Judiciário está de todo corrompido e ninguém vai fazer nada? Será que a Polícia Federal não vai dar-nos nem o gosto de ver a cara desses pilantras aparecendo na televisão e nos jornais. Não aceito isto, quero ver esses pilantras esses empresários corruptos e esses juízes e desembargadores salafrários na mídia para todo mundo ver e não esquecer. Sim, é tão grande o número de pessoas assaltadas que já ultrapassa facilmente o bilhão de reais R$ 1.000.000.000,00, podendo chegar a mais de dois ou três bilhões os valores roubados de brasileiros ingênuos que achavam que a justiça brasileira era honesta, o esquema é COLOSSAL. Todavia, como roubavam R$ 200.000,00 de um , R$ 300.000,00 de outro e R$ 500.000,00 de outro a coisa fica mais diluída e fácil de esconder. Porém, se somarem todas as pessoas que foram enganadas o escândalo do Lalau não é nada, ele é um ladrão de galinhas perto destes aí. Deviam condecorar estes juízes e desembargadores implicados neste golpe com a Ordem do Grandes Ratos da República pois eles merecem. Somente vendo o grande poder que estes ladrões possuem não se consegue fazer nada contra eles pois estão com muita grana na mão como podem deduzir e quando alguém toma conhecimento do caso eles simplesmente calam a sua boca com dinheiro ou outros métodos menos simpáticos e por aí vai o ciclo de corrupção. Os nomes aquí citados foram retirados de documentos de processos contento irregularidades. Nenhum nome foi citado em vão ou por erro.

Igualmente após investigações pudemos constatar que o endereço no qual a empresa BLANCHARD funcionou ( Rua Caraça, 327 Vila Madalena – CEP 05.447-130 – Vila Madalena – São Paulo: que era o endereço residencial da esposa do senhor ADAM BLAU e o endereço da Rua Estados Unidos, 2.280 – CEP 01427-002 – Jardim Paulista, que é o endereço da GALERIA DE ARTE ANDRÉ IMPORTAÇÃO, EXPORTAÇÃO, COMÉRCIO DE QUADROS E TAPETES LTDA ) e que em todos os dois casos existem irregularidades por não serem endereços reais e legais.

Por se tratar de um imóvel que fica no final de um quarteirão com tamanho reduzido o mesmo imóvel possui a frente para a Rua Estados Unido, 2280, um lado para a Avenida Rebouças, 1.385 – Jardim Paulista CEP 05401-200 e ainda um lado para a Alameda Gabriel Monteiro da Silva, sendo que todavia EXISTE APENAS UM ÚNICO IMÓVEL UTILIZADO PARA TODAS AS EMPRESAS UTILIZANDO-SE DAS NUMERAÇÕES OBTIDAS NAS DIFERENTES RUAS PARA BURLAR OS REGISTROS E COLOCAR AS EMPRESAS COMO ENDEREÇOS DISTINTOS SEM QUE NÃO HAJA SUSPEITAS. Todavia os órgãos que deram as licenças de funcionamento possuem a planta do imóvel e conhecem estas irregularidades. É possível ter acesso a planta do imóvel através do GOOGLE MAPS onde poderão constatar a fraude……

O endereço que a empresa utiliza para arrematar imóveis é o da Rua Estados Unidos, 2.280 onde funciona a Galeria de Arte André, esta mesma que se encontra no nome do senhor ADAM BLAU. Igualmente estão misteriosamente desaparecendo os documentos dentro dos processos. Este paradoxo traz uma situação de desconforto enorme ao judiciário brasileiro uma vez que não poderão permitir as execuções dos processos que constam a participação dos mesmos e igualmente devem rescindir todos os arremates que foram efetuados via esta fraude. Talvez procedendo desta forma o judiciário e esta ( s ) empresa ( s ) pensem poder apagar as provas, todavia elas estão e estarão presentes através dos lances dos laranjas ( e cabe aos juízes explicarem o porquê de haverem recebido os lances e aceitado a participação de uma empresa com tantas irregularidades ). É NECESSÁRIO QUE SE FAÇA COM URGÊNCIA UMA COMPARAÇÃO ENTRE OS PREÇOS DOS IMÓVEIS ARREMATADOS POR ESTA EMPRESA COM OS DE OUTROS LEILÕES E COM OS PREÇOS REAIS DE MERCADO. Desta forma poderão constatar a grande disparidade entre os valores. O judiciário está buscando abafar o caso mas vai ser necessário abrir ao público todas as arrematações ocorridas nos leiloes da Justiça do Trabalho do Estado de São Paulo como forma de garantir um respeito mínimo aos cidadãos após estas cachorradas que vêm ocorrendo.

Continuo fazendo minhas denúncias aos órgãos públicos, polícia, associações, sites, etc.

Cabe ressaltar que existe um forte esquema de lavagem de dinheiro dentro de isto tudo e que A MAIOR GALERIA DE ARTE DA AMÉRICA LATINA ESTÁ IMPLICADA NESTE CASO NÃO SOMENTE POR ABRIGAR A SEDE DA EMPRESA COMERCIAL CONSTRUÇÕES E SERVIÇOS BLANCHARD LTDA E POR TER SEU PROPRIETÁRIO ( SR. ADAM BLAU ) COMO ADMINISTRADOR DA EMPRESA E DA GALERIA DE ARTE. UTILIZAM-SE DO MERCADO DE ARTE PARA ENCOBRIR TODO PROCESSO DE LAVAGEM DE DINHEIRO POSSUINDO INCLUSIVE UMA FILIAL DEDICADA À ESCULTURA SITUADA NA ALAMEDA GABRIEL MONTEIRO DA SILVA, 1753 .

O QUE ESTÁ POR TRÁS DA MAIOR GALERIA DE ARTE DA AMÉRICA LATINA ?

Igualmente, a ADVOCACIA GERAL DA UNIÃO deveria ter uma postura mais ética e buscar investigar as denúncias que lhe são oferecidas antes de enviar cartas ameaçadoras aos sites que buscam mostrar a verdade que está por traz do nosso sistema judiciário, em vez de tornarem-se cúmplices destes atos nojentos. Estas atitudes mostram a escala de corrupção neste país. Quem se torna cúmplice disto é tão sujo quanto quem os comete.

EXISTEM OUTRAS COISAS MAL EXPLICADAS DENTRO DESTES NEGÓCIOS ( DECISÕES CONTRADITORIAS DA JUSTIÇA DO TRABALHO AGINDO SEGUNDO INTERESSES PARTICULARES E CONTRÁRIOS À JUSTIÇA ) QUE POSTERIORMENTE ESTAREI ENVIANDO. E NÃO ADIANTA MANDAREM INTIMAÇÕES, TENTAREM CALAR A MINHA BOCA COM AMEAÇAS OU OUTRAS ATITUDES COMO ESTÃO FAZENDO POIS SÓ IRÁ PIORAR A SITUAÇÃO. QUERO JUSTIÇA!

ESTA EMPRESA ESTÁ REALIZANDO UM DOS MAIORES ESQUEMAS DE LAVAGEM DE DINHEIRO EM SÃO PAULO:

COMERCIAL , CONSTRUÇÕES E SERVIÇOS BLANCHARD LTDA - CNPJ 59.377.572/0001-37 – sito à Rua Estados Unidos, n° 2.280 – CEP 01427-002 – Jardim Paulista – São Paulo – Capital.

O pior de tudo isto é estarem sendo acobertados pela JUSTIÇA DO TRABALHO DO ESTADO DE SÃO PAULO e colocando SOROPOSITIVOS, IDOSOS E DEFICIENTES FISICOS no olho da rua. Através de compras de imóveis a preço derrisórios ( 80 a 90% ) ABAIXO do preço de mercado, compram apartamentos que valem R$ 500.000,00 por apenas R$ 75.000,00. Como isso? Os juízes vendem os imóveis a preços que permitem enriquecer estes BANDIDOS que além de ficarem ricos mais rápidos ainda levam diversas pessoas a ficarem na miséria e a irem para rua por não terem onde morar. Engando as pessoas e aumentando ainda mais seus altos salários e privilégios que não são poucos. Aquí vai alguns dos nomes dos safados:

Brigadeiro Luis Antônio, n° 733 – Loja 05 – CEP: 01317-904 – Bela Vista – São Paulo ( Sr. SIDNEY PETRONI – CRECI 40.160 - ( Cel. 8171-1009 ), que têm a função de comercializar os apartamentos fazendo a grana girar rapidamente.

Também o Desembargador AMÉRICO CARNEVALLE – Tribunal Regional do Trabalho da 2a Região de São Paulo ( Rua da Consolação, n° 1.272 – 01302-906 – Consolação – São Paulo – Capital ) - e a Desembargadora MAGDA APARECIDA KERSUL DE BRITO da 15a Turma do Tribunal Regional do Trabalho da 2a Região por Omissão de denúncia com pleno conhecimento dos fatos e cumplicidade através da omissão de seu dever de julgar e permitir condenação da ação desta quadrilha uma vez que possuía todo o processo em seu poder e tendo a autoridade para julgá-los.

Tem muito mais gente envolvida e apesar de terem ciência de tudo fingem que não sabem de nada, até nos mais altos cargos. SERÁ QUE COM OS SALÁRIOS QUE TÊM OS JUÍZES PRECISAM ROUBAR O POVO? SE FOREM CONDENADOS TËM COMO PUNIÇÃO A APOSENTADORIA ANTECIPADA. VOCÊ ACHA ISTO JUSTO? ESTÁ UM MAR DE LAMA A JUSTIÇA DO TRABALHO DO ESTADO DE SÃO PAULO.

O sistema é bem simples: marca-se um primeiro leilão com o preço do imóvel já com preço bem abaixo do valor real de mercado ( em um caso um apartamento avaliado para um leilão por R$ 600.000,00 foi reavaliado em R$ 300.000,00 alguns meses após). Foi a leilão mas como a empresa COMERCIAL, CONSTRUÇÕES E SERVIÇOS BLANCHARD LTDA possui 30 ( TRINTA ) SÓCIOS, todos se mostram interessados no imóvel e as outras pessoas desistem por achar que o apartamento vai subir muito de preço. Porém eles não compram deixando ser marcado um segundo leilão. É aí que começa a sacanagem: um juíz pilantra abaixa o preço para R$180.000,00 e marca o primeiro leilão para as 13h00 por exemplo e também o segundo para as 13h05 ( isto mesmo 5 minutos depois ). Os 30 ( TRINTA ) SÓCIOS deixam o imóvel ir para o segundo leilão onde esse juíz safado diz que não houve lance e vende o imóvel por R$ 90.000,00 ( noventa mil ) reais .

O pior desta história é que eles ainda têm respaldo jurídico, pois dizem que não teve compradores e a empresa safada leva o imóvel de graça.

Isto é um desrespeito com os EMPRESÁRIOS que já têm que pagar uma quantiidade enorme de impostos, taxas e contribuições e são sempre condenados pela Justiça do Trabalho a pagar indenizações absurdas com o sistema protecionista desta justiça. Só que além disto ainda são assaltados desta forma, quando não possuem dinheiro para pagar estas indenizações, tem seus próprios imóveis colocados à venda pela Justiça do Trabalho, desrespeitando as leis brasileiras ( Lei 8009/ 90 BEM DE FAMÍLIA ), assim como nossa Constitução Federal.

Agora vejam só: apesar do escritório da empresa BLANCHARD ficar na chiquérrima Rua Estados Unidos, seus sócios moram em bairros humildes de CABREÚVA, JUNDIAÍ, VÁRZEA PAULISTA, CAMPO LIMPO PAULISTA.

Mais hilário ainda são as profissões dos sócios : 9 ( nove ) são MECÂNICOS, 2 ( dois ) BALCONISTAS, 2 ( dois ) APOSENTADOS e os outros ELETRICISTA, LUBRIFICADOR, BALCONISTA, POLIDOR, COMPRADORA, AUXILIAR DE ESCRITÓRIO, MEIO-OFICIAL FERRAMENTEIRO ( podia ser pelo menos inteiro…), AJUDANTE GERAL, ENCARREGADO DE GARANTIA, PINTOR, FUNILEIRO…

Mas como eles têm dinheiro para comprar tantos imóveis? Será que têm esposas ou maridos ricos?

Acho bem pouco provável pois : 11 ( onze ) são DO LAR, 2 ( duas ) COSTUREIRAS e os outros (as) OPERADORA DE TELEMARKETING, CAIXA, AUXILIAR DE CONTABILIDADE, VENDEDOR, AUTÔNOMA……

Será então que é o Senhor BLANCHARD que têm a grana? Mas no contrato social não têm nenhum BLANCHARD. Eles todos têm nome do tipo : SOUZA, OLIVEIRA, CALDEIRA, NOVAIS, FARIA, SILVA, RIBEIRO, MOREIRA e por aí vai….

Mas como conseguem? Como um eletricista ou um lubrificador podem ser sócios de uma empresa desse porte? A resposta talvez esteja no nome, BLANCHARD. Porque BLANCHARD? Quem é este BLANCHARD? Será que foi um dos sócios com a profissão de « balconista » que viajou para PARIS ou para a CÔTE D’AZUR nas férias, viu o nome, achou bonito e escolheu para a empresa? Pouco provável com os salários de fome de nosso país. Mas ninguém sabe quem é o tal BLANCHARD, ele nem figura na lista de sócios. Porque? QUEM É O TAL BLANCHARD?

A empresa COMERCIAL, CONSTRUCÕES E SERVIÇOS BLANCHARD LTDA é nada mais que uma sociedade destinada a lavagem de dinheiro. O problema é: DE QUAL DINHEIRO? DO TRÁFICO DE DROGAS? DO TRÁFICO DE ÓRGÃOS? DO TRÁFICO DE ARMAS? DE UMA FACÇÃO CRIMINOSA? Bem, isto somente as Excelências poderão lhes responder.

Mas como um juíz pago ( e muito bem pago ) com o dinheiro dos nossos impostos pode associar-se com BANDIDOS, quando deviam defender-nos e proteger-nos através da Lei e da Justiça?

Bem, os franceses descreveram bem isto:

ESCÂNDALO DOS LEILÕES DE IMÓVEIS DA JUSTIÇA DO TRABALHO DO ESTADO DE SÃO PAULO

A máfia dos leilões de imóveis da Justiça do trabalho do Estado de São Paulo composta por juízes corruptos e 8 ( oito ) empresas que entre sí dividem 80% ( oitenta por cento ) dos imóveis colocados à venda em São Paulo e possuem a particularidade de serem gerenciadas pelo senhor ADAM BLAU, CPF : 004.443.088-49, RG : 2.865.185-6 SSP/SP residente à Rua Caraça n° 327 – Vila Beatriz – CEP: 05447-130 – São Paulo – Capital.

Esta máfia, suas práticas e sobretudo a utilização de empresas de fachada e de laranjas ( inclusive a utilização de 30 « trinta » LARANJAS ), com profissões e renda incompatíveis com o alto número de aquisições efetuados pela empresa COMERCIAL CONSTRUÇÕES E SERVIÇOS BLANCHARD LTDA, CNPJ: 59.377.572/0001-37 sito a Rua Estados Unidos n° 2.280 – CEP 01427-002 – Jardim Paulista – São Paulo – Capital, assim como de outras empresas diversas com sócios e nomes diferentes necessitam serem investigadas URGENTEMENTE não somente pelo Ministério do Trabalho, assim como pelo Ministério Público, pela Polícia Federal e todos os órgãos competentes que buscam combater a LAVAGEM DE DINHEIRO, SONEGAÇÃO FISCAL, TRÁFICO DE INFLUÊNCIA, VENDA DE SENTENÇAS POR PARTE DO MAGISTRADO E FORMAÇÃO DE QUADRILHA entre outros fatos não exaustivos que estão aqui sendo citados.

Isto é uma acusação muito grave e deve ser apurada imediatamente, evitando desta forma que mais pessoas caiam nas mãos deste BANDIDOS.

O Tribunal Regional do Trabalho da 2a Região do Estado de São Paulo possui plena ciência dos fatos desde o ano de 2005 ( isto pelas provas que possuímos em mãos ), mas visto o tamanho do esquema montado devem ter conhecimento bem antes desta data. Este esquema foi denunciado para o Tribunal Regional do Trabalho da 2a Região de São Paulo através de : Distribuição por Prevenção na data de 15 de fevereiro de 2.005, Agravo de Petição de 23 de julho de 2.007, Agravo de Petição e Recurso de Revista de 04 de dezembro de 2.007 e por Ação Rescisória de 14 de abril de 2.010.

Igualmente todo o esquema e a fraude que está ocorrendo na Justiça do Trabalho do Estado de São Paulo foram explicitamente relatados, explicados e formalmente denunciados aos magistrados seguintes:

- Foi denunciado todo esquema detalhadamente ( inclusive a existência dos 30 « trinta » LARANJAS ) ao Desembargador AMÉRICO CARNEVALLE do TRT da 2a Região em de março de 2.010 através de Documento ( com o total de 23 páginas mais anexos ), tendo o mesmo a partir desta data ciência de tudo o que está acontecendo.

- Foi denunciado todo esquema detalhadamente ( inclusive a existência dos 30 « trinta » LARANJAS ) à Desembargadora MAGDA APARECIDA KERSUL DE BRITO no dia 03 de maio de 2.010 as 17h36 – TRT 2a Região P. Jud. P- 51– através do Documento n° 000002674 ( com o total de 23 páginas mais anexos ), tendo a mesma a partir desta data ciência de tudo do que esta acontecendo

- Foi denunciado todo esquema detalhadamente ( inclusive a existência dos 30 « trinta » LARANJAS ) ao Vice-Presidente do TRT da 2a Região Desembargador NELSON NAZAR no dia 04 de maio de 2.010 as 15h37 – TRT 2a Região P. Jud. P 19 – através do Documento n° 0352232-2/2 ( com o total de 25 páginas mais anexos ), tendo o mesmo a partir desta data ciência de tudo o que está acontecendo.

- Foi denunciado todo esquema detalhadamente ( inclusive a existência dos 30 « trinta » LARANJAS ) ao Presidente do TRT da 2a Região Desembargador DÉCIO SEBASTIÃO DAIDONE, no dia 04 de maio de 2.010 as 15h37 – TRT 2a Região P. Jud. P 19 – através do Documento n° 0352233-2/2 ( com o total de 25 páginas mais anexos ), tendo o mesmo a partir desta data ciência de tudo o que está acontecendo.

Se apesar destas denúncias, nada foi feito por cumplicidade ou por outros motivos, fica-se constatado no mínimo uma cumplicidade destes magistrados no caso e não me admiraria mesmo da participação dos mesmos no esquema, visto que buscaram de todas as formar esconderem os fatos. Porquê? Qual razão os levaram a não denunciarem estes fatos as autoridades competentes? Qual é o interesse que eles têm em fazer isso? Será que criaram um MENSALÃO DOS LEILÕES na Justiça do Trabalho do Estado de São Paulo? Todos os indícios levam infelizmente a esta conclusão e o negócio não é um caso ou outro isolado e sim uma MÁFIA muito bem organizada por sinal.

Além das denúncias efetuadas diretamente ao Tribunal Superior do Trabalho da 2a Região, foram efetuadas diversas outras denúncias a vários órgãos da administração pública entre os quais:

- Procuradoria da Républica no Estado de São Paulo – Seção de Protocolo Jurídico na data de 07 de maio de 2.010.

- Ouvidoria da Fazenda Estadual do Estado de São Paulo na data de 07 de maio de 2.010, através do sedex n° SK796705140BR.

- Ministério Público do Estado de São Paulo – Ouvidoria , na data de 07 de maio de 2.010, através do sedex n° SK796705153BR.

- Conselho Nacional de Justiça – CNJ Ouvidoria, através de correspondência enviada na data de 29 de abril de 2.010 por parte de sua Excelência o Senhor Ministro Cezar Peluso, Presidente do Supremo Tribunal Federal através do ofício GP-O 1425/2010. Esta correspondência trata-se de uma denúncia enviada a todos os Ministérios e Ministros em Brasília, expondo de forma detalhada os acontecimentos, sendo que UNICAMENTE ao meu saber até agora, sua Excelência o Senhor Ministro Cezar Peluso foi o único teve a atitude correta de encaminhar os fatos ao Conselho Nacional de Justiça, mostrando desta forma a sua grande honra, caráter ilibado e sensibilidade diante dos fatos. Todos os demais Ministros e Ministérios simplesmente não responderam aos fatos ou devolveram os documentos que lhes foram enviados, sem tomar nenhuma atitude. Se tomaram alguma medida, ainda não possuo conhecimento dos fatos.

- Conselho Nacional de Justiça – Subsecretaria de Protocolo por meio do Memorando 119/2010/OUV/CNJ, enviado na data de 29 de abril de 2.010 e protocolado na data de 06 de maio de 2.010, relatando todos erros ocorridos no processo, evidências de lavagem de dinheiro, de compra de sentenças, de advocacia administrativa, de corrupção e utilização de laranjas por parte da empresa COMERCIAL, CONSTRUÇÕES E SERVIÇOS BLANCHARD LTDA, além do preço abusivamente baixo impostos pelos juízes da Justiça do Trabalho do Estado de São Paulo.

Foram efetuadas outras inúmeras denúncias igualmente, que terei em breve o máximo prazer em comunicar-lhes.
