Documents for admission

Mandatory documents

All candidates

  •  DNI (National Identification Document), NIE (Foreigner Identification Number) or passport, provisionally.
  •  Curriculum vitae detailing academic and professional training. [Format: CV BBMBiomed]

 

Candidates with Spanish qualifications

  •  Titles that give access to the PhD studies or provisional certification or European Supplement to the Degree, or proof of having paid the fees for its issue, or, if applicable, proof of having taken an official Spanish university degree during the 2019-2020 academic year that entitles you to access the PhD program and to be in a position to accredit it before 30 November 2020.

  •  Academic certification of the studies carried out that accredits the duration of the studies, the subjects passed and the qualifications obtained.

Students with UCM degrees can submit the academic reports available on the academic management website GEA-UCMnet (Datos académicos > Mi expediente > Descargar certificado).

Additional documentation

  •  Endorsement of a researcher, related to the line of research and proposed project, who would act as potential thesis supervisor [Format: Endorsement letter]
  •  If the admission is requested for part-time dedication, a letter justifying the request must be sent to the Academic Commission (via e-mail).
