A motivated PhD candidate is sought to join the Atomic Quantum Science Lab (AQS Lab) at the Universitat de Barcelona / Institut de Ciències del Cosmos (ICCUB), to begin in early 2027.

The successful candidate will join the project Dynamical Assembly of Large Many-body Arrays with Trapped Atoms (DALMATA), which involves building a new cesium cold-atom experiment. Applicants with an experimental background and/or a strong interest in atomic and quantum physics are preferred.
