Co-founder and mediator at Co Way, a consulting firm specialized in helping organizations to improve teamwork, collaboration and develop, and the resolution of disputes and deadlocked negociations including workplace and commercial mediation (since 2018).

Practicing mediator registered in the Registry of Mediators of the Ministry of Justice

Member of the Mediator Appointment Committee (Centro de Mediación Empresarial de Madrid -CMEM).

Member of the Consutive Committee "Mediation in the Family Business" (Centro de Mediación Empresarial de Madrid -CMEM) and also CMEM Mediator.

Member of the Mediation Committee. Spanish Arbitration Club (CEA).

Consultant in mediation in Perú, in several international projects with different public institutions and NGOs. (2014-2017)

In Spain, as a mediator:

- Responsible for the Family Mediation Service and legal guidance of the Public Center for the Support of Families (CAF 5) Madrid (2008-2014).

- Intra-judicial Mediator of the Intra-judicial Mediation Service in Madrid Courts. (2008-2014)

- Director of a Conflict Management and Resolution Public Center for intervention in difficult divorce.  (2003-2008).
