The University of Antwerp, partner of the Eupillar Project, has released Eurprocedure, a new case law search engine on Private International Law in Europe.

The search engine allows data searches on the case law generated by the courts in Belgium, both chronologically and  by the use of key words. There are also journal and article search options available.

The data base includes a short summary of each judicial decision in English. Full text documents can be consulted either in Dutch or French.

A series of legal texts on European Private International Law is available at www.eurprocedure.be.
