Structure of the Syllabus

Distribution of the ECTS Credits by types of Subjects

Basic Training Module: It will give the student depending on the Degree of provenance, well the necessary basis for initiating the other subjects of the master, or the consolidation or expansion of knowledge gained in the Bachelor degree. In this module students will increase their knowledge of Mathematics, Economics, Accounting and Statistics, necessary to continue the study of the following modules

Business, Taxation and Law: the student delve into the study of fundamental aspects of the world of business in which matters like Accounting, Taxation and Legal System will be discussed.

Analysis of Actuarial and Financial Risk: The specific module of training the master, so it is the module that has the highest teaching load of the master and has been proposed for the student delve into the actuarial world, by studying the materials of Finance, Social Welfare, Mathematical Actuarial and Statistics, Mathematical Finance Theory and Financial Markets, all compulsory.

Complementary Training: Math Insurance and Risk Finance and Financial Management subjects, dealing both with quantitative risk analysis and the management of the insurance and finance

Master Thesis

A paper work in which the student will demonstrate that he has acquired the competencies defined in the master, conducted under the supervision of a tutor and defended before a tribunal comprising of four master teachers.
