Diversity and Inclusion in the Academic Career (DICA) – Invitation to Participate

The inter-university SINTE research team (URL-UAB-UOC) is carrying out the Diversity and Inclusion in the Academic Career project (DICA). This project aims to make visible and understand the diversity of doctoral trajectories, as well as the challenges faced by doctoral students, in order to develop proposals that promote inclusive academic careers. This is still a relatively unexplored area, and the lack of systematic data makes it difficult to make progress towards more equitable and inclusive academic environments.
For this reason, we would greatly appreciate it if you could complete the following questionnaire, which takes approximately 15 minutes and is completely anonymous.
