¿Existe una oficina erasmus en mi facultad?
Sí, en todas las facultades hay una oficina Erasmus. En el siguiente enlace puedes ver las direcciones de correo electrónico de las oficinas erasmus en todas las facultades.
¿Qué documentos tengo que entregar en la oficina erasmus?
Tienes que entregar el Learning Agreement y tu certificado de llegada o salida en caso de tenerlo.

Ponte en contacto con la oficina erasmus de tu facultad para mayor información.
¿Qué es un learning agreement?
Es el contrato de estudios previo a la llegada del estudiante a la UCM.
¿Tengo que rellenar el learning agreement de la UCM o de mi universidad?
Puedes hacer el de la UCM o el de tu universidad.
¿Qué es la matricula?
Una vez aprobado el Learning Agreement, la matricula es el documento que deben entregar en la oficina Erasmus de tu facultad que indica que asignaturas vas a cursar oficialmente.
¿Dónde consigo una hoja de matricula?
Nosotros te la facilitaremos el día del Welcome day, pero también puedes conseguirla en tu Oficina Erasmus o en la Oficina Central de Relaciones Internacionales.
¿Cómo hago la matricula de mis cursos en la facultad?
Ver el punto anterior. También se explicará en la jornada de bienvenida.
Equivalencia de un crédito UCM en ECTS?
Un crédito UCM son 10 horas de clase. Más información consultar con el coordinador Erasmus de la facultad en la UCM.
¿Cuando empiezan las clases y cuando terminan?
Normalmente las clases empiezan en al última semana de septiembre o la primera de octubre. Y el año académico termina el 15 de julio.
¿Puedo elegir cualquier asignatura de la facultad a la que estoy nominada?
Para más información póngase en contacto con su oficina erasmus de su facultad.
¿Puedo estudiar otras asignaturas fuera de mi facultad?
Si, todos los alumnos pueden cursar DOS (2) asignaturas fuera de la facultad a las que han sido nominados. Sin embargo, esas asignaturas tienen que ser dela MISMA facultad.
Excepto: Los alumnos que han sido nominados a los centros adscritos: Felipe II, C.U. Estudios Financieros (CUNEF),Cardenal Cisneros, Don Bosco, C.U. Villanueva, ESCUNI. Estos alumnos no podrán cursar asignaturas dentro de las facultades dela UCM.
¿Puedo estudiar asignaturas de distintas facultades?
Puedes estudiar un máximo de DOS (2) asignaturas en una única facultad distinta a la tuya.
¿Puedo estudiar otros idiomas en la UCM?

¿Existen clases en inglés?
En la UCM contamos con asignaturas en inglés en la facultad de Ciencias Económicas y Empresariales pero para más información favor de contactarnos erasmus1@pas.ucm.es
¿Puedo ampliar estancia?
Sí, es necesario primero la autorización de tu universidad de origen y la autorización de tu facultad en la UCM. Después es necesario que tu coordinador erasmus de tu universidad nos envíe un email a erasmus1@pas.ucm.es

¿Cuando me dan las notas?
Al terminar el cuatrimestre o el año académico, la oficina erasmus tu facultad enviará tus notas a tu coordinador erasmus de tu universidad.

What’s a Learnig Agreement?
It is the contract which includes the details of proposed study of the student in the UCM:
Do I have to fill out the Learning Agreement of the UCM or the one of my University?
You can do either the UCM’s or the one of your University.
What is the “matricula”?
Once we have approved your learning agreement, the “matricula” is the document that should be taken to the Erasmus Office of your faculty that specifies which courses you will be officially studying.
Where can I find a matricula form?
We will give all the students a matricula form on the Welcome day, but you could also get one in your Erasmus office or at the Central International Relations Office.
How can I do the “matricula”?
Please read the previous question. We will also explain it on the Welcome day.
Equivalences between UCM credits and ECTS are?
A UCM credit is 10 hrs of classes. For further information, please contact the Erasmus coordinator your faculty in the UCM.
Students will be awarded ECTS credits when they have passed the assessments corresponding to the courses to which ECTS credits are allocated.
At UCM, the minimum curriculum for full-time students is 30 ECTS credits for one semester and 60 ECTS credits for two semester
When do classes start and when do they finish?
The course normally starts the last week of September or the first week of October. And the academic year ends July 15th.
Can I choose any course from the faculty I’ve been nominated?
For more information regarding courses please contact your Erasmus office from your faculty.
Am I able to study other courses outside my faculty?
Only the students that are nominated in the UCM faculties will be able to study TWO syllabi outside their faculty. However, these courses have to be from the SAME faculty different than the nominated one. I.e. Student nominated to the Chemistry Faculty, and the student wants to study two courses in the faculty of Biology.
NOTE: Students nominated to Felipe II, C.U. Villanueva, C.U. Estudios Financieros (CUNEF),Cardenal Cisneros, ESCUNI, Don Bosco cannot study outside their nominated faculty, therefore, they may NOT study course in the UCM faculties.
Can I study other languages in the UCM?

Can I extend my Studies at the UCM?
Yes, first we need the authorization from your Erasmus coordinator at your home University and the authorization from the Erasmus Office at the UCM. Afterwards, we need your Erasmus coordinator at your home university to email us at erasmus1@pas.ucm.es or erasmus2@pas.ucm.es.

When will I receive my transcript of records?
