Angel Barrasa
(Guadalajara-Spain, 1978) received his PhD Doctor Europeus in Work
and Organizational Psychology from
Complutense University of Madrid
with the thesis
'Integrating leadership behavior and
climate perceptions in teamwork: Antecedents, structure, and influence in
work groups' innovation, satisfaction, and effectiveness in organizations'.
He took part in the
Inter-University doctorate programme of Work
and Organizational Psychology
by
Universities of Valencia,
Barcelona,
Seville,
Jaume I of Castellon,
and
Complutense University of Madrid
(awarded uninterruptedly each year 2002-2006 with quality mention by
Spanish
Department of Education and Science).
He was active fellow of the
Spanish
Psychology Students’ Association CEP-PIE, Executive Board Member
of
the
European Federation of Psychology Students’ Association EFPSA, as
well at
Students' Division of the International Association of Applied Psychology IAAP-SD.
He was also representative at the
Spanish Young Researchers' Federation
FJI-Precarios.
He has been elected member for the governing body of the
Faculty
of Psychology and of the whole
Complutense University of Madrid,
and since 2007 Erasmus Coordinator and member of the Academic Commission of
the Autonoma University
of Barcelona. He is currently member of the
