The table below shows the promotional rates for ICMFS 2003. Prices are expressed in EURO per room, per night, breakfast, services, 7% VAT included. Please, choose the Hotel you prefer and indicate it in the table reported in the Hotel Reservation Form.

Payment

The hotel payment can be made by Cheque or by Credit card for the total amount corresponding to the stay.

Euro cheque or Foreign Cheque: all payments must be done in EURO and made out to :

The hotel reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of payment by VIAJES NEPTUNO.

Cancellation policy: All amendments or cancellations regarding your hotel reservation should be submitted in written to "ICMFS 2003 Conference Organizer" and not directly to the Hotel. Cancellations will be subject to the following conditions; No penalty applied to cancellations until May 15th, 2003. For cancellations after May 16th, 2003 the first night amount will be charge. All the personal data included in this registration form will be used for the colloquium purposes only.
