Hotel Accommodation

Hotel accommodation (4 nights: June 15-18, 2008) will be arranged at a special congress price in Euroforum Escorial; for further details visit http://www.euroforum.es.

Accommodation costs (all meals included): 325 €

It includes all meals on June 16^th-18^th, dinner on June 15^th and breakfast on June 19^th.

Tourist Programme

A special tourist visit to San Ildefonso-La Granja and Segovia will be organized on June 19^th (Thursday) for a reduced price of 50 €.

Cancellation Policy and Confirmation

Cancellation Policy
Any request for cancellation should be sent in writing to mad08bei@filol.ucm.es. A full refund, less 10% administrative costs, will be allowed for any cancellation received on or before 15th May 2008; after that date there will be no entitlement to any refund. However, a reservation may be transferred to another person. All refunds will be processed after the Congress has concluded.

Written confirmation of your registration and all other services will be sent upon receiving of payment.
